At Pink Artistry, all products are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure the best quality. Please review our return and refund terms below:
General Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, we will gladly assist with concerns regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect products:
- Customers must contact us at [pinkartistryesthetics@gmail.com] within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.
- The email must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence of the defective item and packaging.
- Once reviewed, Pink Artistry may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
- Replacements are limited to the same product originally purchased (subject to availability).
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Pink Artistry reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above requirements.
- Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.
- We do not accept returns due to customer error (e.g., incorrect product ordered, change of mind).
