Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are processed and shipped same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on a shipping day will ship on the next business day.
  • Shipping days exclude Sundays, holidays or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, carrier disruptions).

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise specified at checkout.
  • Standard delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Once your package has been accepted by USPS, Pink Artistry is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. 
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Pink Artistry is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we truly value our customers and want to ensure you are satisfied with our products and service:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [pinkartistryesthetics@gmail.com] within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.
  • You must provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Pink Artistry will review the claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or resolution.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information once provided.
  • Pink Artistry is not liable for stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
